Sausage Gravy Biscuits Recipe is delicious and is very good with biscuits which are split and then covered with this gravy make of sausage, flour, milk and salt and black pepper to create this delicious biscuit and gravy recipe.


INGREDIENTS
1 pound Bob EvansĀ® Original Recipe Sausage Roll
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt and black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS
1: Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside, leaving grease in skillet.
 
2: Stir in flour and stir to combine flour and grease. Cook until flour is dry and slightly browned, stirring continuously.
 
3: Gradually add milk to flour mixture, stirring continuously to incorporate the flour and milk.
 
4: Cook gravy until thick and bubbly. Return sausage to the skillet and stir to mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over hot biscuits.
