INGREDIENTS
|
1 1/2 cups oil
|
2 cups sugar
|
3 cups plain flour
|
2 large eggs
|
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
|
1 tsp salt
|
2 tsp vanilla
|
1 cup white raisins
|
1 cup chopped pecans
|
3 cups cut up, peeled and cored, fresh apples
|
1/2 cup coconut
|
1/2 cup red cherries, cut up
|
1/4 tsp cinnamon
|
1/8 tsp cloves
|
1/8 tsp nutmeg
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Mix ingredients by placing ingredients, individually, into a large bowl and mix well with each addition.

Preheat oven to 325°F.
|

Lightly flour the inside of a bundt cake pan. Pour the well combined cake mixture into the bundt pan and lightly tap the filled pan on top of a counter to remove and air pockets.

Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the case comes out clean.
