Hawaiian Dream Cake Recipe bakes yellow cake mix per instructions then tops with frosting of cream cheese, instant vanilla pudding, milk and crushed pineapple topping with cool whip, nuts and coconut before serving.


INGREDIENTS
1 package yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 (3-oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 (9-ounce) container cool whip
Nuts and coconut


DIRECTIONS
1: Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using the reserved pineapple juice and water for the liquid called for in the directions.
 
2: Bake at 350° F. for about 35 minutes in a greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll or 9-1/2 x 13 pan. Cool in pan, set aside.
 
3: In a large bowl blend together cream cheese, pudding mix and milk until smooth. Fold in drained pineapple and spread over top of cake.
 
4: Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Refrigerate.
