Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe bakes yellow cake mix to which canned mandarine oranges have been added then frosts the cake with icing made with crushed pineapple, vanilla instant pudding and cool whip to create this delicious and tasty cake.


INGREDIENTS
1 yellow cake mix
1 14 Oz. can mandarin oranges, with liquid
For Icing:
1 20 Oz. can crushed pineapple in it's own juice
1 4 Oz. box vanilla instant pudding
1 (13oz) container Cool Whip


DIRECTIONS
1: For Cake: Prepare cake according to instructions on the box. Fold in oranges with their juice.
 
2: Pour equally into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
 
3: For Icing: Mix together pudding and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost one layer at a time then frost top and all sides. Refrigerate.
