Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe is a quick and easy yet very tasty chicken tetrazzini using narrow noodles, sliced mushrooms, chicken fricassee, sherry and Parmesan cheese.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 cups narrow noodles (1/4 pound)
|
1/4 pound sliced mushrooms
|
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
|
1 14- or 16-ounce can chicken fricassee
|
1 tablespoon sherry
|
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
cheese
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Cook noodles in boiling salted water
until tender; drain.
|

2:
Meanwhile, saute mushrooms in butter
until tender. Add fricassee; heat
quickly; don't simmer or stir. Stir in
sherry.

3:
Placed drained noodles in 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Pour fricassee into center. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; broil until golden in preheated broiler.
