Hawaiian Chicken Salad Recipe creates a delicious and tasty chicken salad using the sweetness of pineapple, cooked chicken, celery, green grapes, chopped walnuts, mayonnaise and salt then tops with maraschino cherries.

INGREDIENTS

1 pineapple
|
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
|
1 c. chopped celery
|
1 c. halved green grapes
|
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
|
3/4 c. mayonnaise
|
3/4 tsp. salt
|
|

|
|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Quarter pineapple lengthwise; remove and discard core.
Remove pulp, leaving l-inch on shells. Cube pineapple
pulp removed from center; combine with chicken, celery,
grapes, walnuts, mayonnaise and salt. Toss lightly
to mix. Serve on pineapple quarters; garnish with
maraschino cherry.
