Creamy Giblet Gravy Recipe is unbelievably delicious and uses giblets, dry milk, Ac'cent, poultry seasoning, butter and flour to make giblet gravy which enhances any meal.


INGREDIENTS
Giblets from 2 broilers
Necks and backbones from 2 broilers
4 cups water
6 tablespoons non-fat dry milk
1/2 teaspoon Ac'cent
1 teaspoon salt
Few grains pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour


DIRECTIONS
1: Simmer giblets, necks, and backbones of broilers in 2 cups of the water 20 to 30 minutes. Discard bones. Chop giblets.
 
2: Measure liquid, adding enough more water to make 2 cups.
 
3: Sprinkle non-fat dry milk on remaining 2 cups water; beat with rotary egg beater until dissolved; add to giblet broth with Ac'cent, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
 
4: Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour; add broth mixture; stir over low heat until 'smooth and thickened. Add chopped giblets. Cook over hot water 10 minutes. Serve with fried chicken halves.
