Creamy Giblet Gravy Recipe is unbelievably delicious and uses giblets, dry milk, Ac'cent, poultry seasoning, butter and flour to make giblet gravy which enhances any meal.

INGREDIENTS
|
Giblets from 2 broilers
|
Necks and backbones from 2 broilers
|
4 cups water
|
6 tablespoons non-fat dry milk
|
1/2 teaspoon Ac'cent
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
Few grains pepper
|
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
|
1/2 cup butter or margarine
|
1/2 cup flour
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Simmer giblets, necks, and backbones
of broilers in 2 cups of the water
20 to 30 minutes. Discard bones. Chop
giblets.

Measure liquid, adding enough more
water to make 2 cups.

Sprinkle non-fat dry milk on remaining
2 cups water; beat with rotary egg
beater until dissolved; add to giblet
broth with Ac'cent, salt, pepper, and
poultry seasoning.

Melt butter or margarine; blend in
flour; add broth mixture; stir over low
heat until 'smooth and thickened. Add
chopped giblets. Cook over hot water
10 minutes. Serve with fried chicken
halves.
