Nordic Chocolate Chip Cookies use butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips and walnuts in baking this tasty chocolate chip cookie recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 cup butter, softened
|
1 1/2 cups white sugar
|
2 eggs
|
2 tsp. vanilla extract
|
2 cups all-purpose flour
|
3/4 tsp. baking soda
|
1/4 tsp. salt
|
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
|
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, using an electric mixer mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the butter mixture until well blended.
|

Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts, mixing well. Line an ungreased cookie sheets with parchment paper. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheets.

Bake 8-10 minutes, until just set. Cool slightly on cookie sheets before transferring to cooling racks to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
