Pecan Balls Cookies Recipe uses butter, white and brown sugar, vanilla, flour and ground pecans to create this delicious cookie recipe which is baked and then rolled in powdered sugar to finish.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
|
1/4 cup sugar
|
1/8 cup brown sugar, packed
|
1 teaspoon vanilla
|
2 cups flour
|
2 cups ground pecans
|
Powdered sugar
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until fluffy. Add vanilla and mix well.

Incorporate flour and pecans into mixture. (Batter will seem separated and crumbly. This is perfect.) Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Let cool and roll in powdered sugar just before serving. (If you don't let them cool, the powdered sugar will melt and a mess - just a heads up.)
