Mexican Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing Recipe creates a very tasty salad dressing using garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, olive and salad oil which complements and garden or vegetable salad.

INGREDIENTS

1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
|
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
|
1/2 teaspoon salt
|
1/4 teaspoon pepper
|
1 teaspoon dry or Dijon mustard
|
3/4 cup oil (half olive oil and half salad oil)
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Combine garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar. Shake until the salt dissolves.
|

Add mustard and oil and shake until thoroughly blended.
