Health Hamburger Recipe grills hamburger patties of toasted wheat germ, milk, ketchup, salt, Tabasco, chopped celery and onion and ground beef then serves on hamburger buns with onion rings to create a unique, healthy and flavorful hamburger.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
|
3 tablespoons milk
|
1 tablespoon ketchup
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
|
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
|
2 tablespoons finely chopped
onion
|
1 pound ground beef round
|
Hamburger buns
|
Onion rings
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Mix wheat germ, milk, ketchup, salt, Tabasco, celery,
and onion in a bowl. Add meat; mix lightly and thoroughly.
Shape into 4 patties.

Place on greased grill about 4 inches from hot coals. Grill
about 7 minutes on each side, or until meat is done as
desired.

Serve on buns with onion rings.
