DIRECTIONS
1:
Form ground beef into 4 3.5 oz balls. Place hamburger balls onto wax paper on tortilla press. Press gently to flatten. Flip over and mash again to form a 6-inch patty. You might be able to see through the patty.
2:
Place oven rack at highest position and turn on broiler. Bring 2-inches of peanut oil in a large skillet to 320 degrees F. Mix together well the cheese, paprika and garlic powder.
3:
Cover top of buns with mustard. Cover bottom of buns with mayonnaise. Top mayonnaise with cheese mixture. Place buns on sheet pan and broil until cheese just melts; shouldn't take more than a minute.
4:
Gently lower a patty into oil and cook for 1 minute. Remove patty from oil, drain and place on bun bottom. Repeat with remaining 3 patties. Top patty with dill pickle slices. Serve and enjoy.
