Carolina Burger Chili Recipe uses ground beef, chili seasoning, onion, and ketchup in making this delicious chili recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
1/2 pound of ground beef
|
1 (1-ounce) packet of chili seasoning
|
1 cup water
|
1/2 small sweet onion, minced
|
1/2 cup ketchup
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Place the ground beef into a cold skillet. Place the skillet over medium heat. Break the ground beef up eliminating any large chunks of ground beef.

Brown the beef turning and stirring as need to brown the beef. Once browned, drain any excess grease.
|
|
3:
Add the water to the skillet with the browned beef and stir well. Add the chili seasoning and stir well. Add the ketchup and stir to combine all ingredients well.

4:
Cook the chili on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the water has evaporated and the chili has thickened.
