Tomato Cheese Macaroni Recipe is a quick and easy recipe for macaroni which uses tomato soup, milk, American cheese, parsley, cooked macaroni and buttered bread crumbs to create this delicious pasta recipe.


INGREDIENTS
1 can (1 1/4 cups) condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded sharp American cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
4 cups cooked macaroni (2 cups uncooked)
2 tablespoons buttered breadcrumbs, if desired


DIRECTIONS
1: Heat soup, milk, and 1 1/2 cups cheese over low heat; when cheese melts, add parsley. Blend with macaroni; pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
 
2: Top with remaining cheese and buttered breadcrumbs. Bake in hot oven (400°F.) 20 minutes.
