Crock Pot Pork Roast Supreme Recipe uses garlic, onion, cloves, bay leaves and soy sauce combined with Baby-Dutch potatoes, Baby-Cut carrots and celery to create this delicious pork roast recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
3 to 4 lb. pork roast
|
1 clove garlic, minced
|
salt and pepper, to taste
|
1 onion, peeled and quartered
|
2 whole cloves
|
2 bay leaves
|
1/2 cup water
|
2 Tbl soy sauce
|
3/4 lb. Baby-Dutch potatoes, cut in half, skin on
|
1/2 lb. Baby-Cut carrots, larger cut in half
|
2 ribs of celery, chopped
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Salt and pepper both sides of the roast. Cut 8 to 10 slits into the fattest side of the roast. Portion the garlic among the slits and press the garlic into the slits. Broil for 5 minutes on top rack of the oven.

Place all ingredients into the bowl of a crock pot. Place the roast on top of the ingredients. Turn crock pot to high and cook roast for one hour.

After one hour, reduce temperature to low and continue to cook roast on low for five hours. Turn crock pot to high and cook for an additional one hour.

4:
Check roast with a thermometer for an internal temperature of 170°F. Remove roast from crock pot, slice and serve with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion.
