Glazed Baked Ham Recipe bakes a whole smoked ham then removes the rind, scores the fat and inserts whole cloves into the ham before spreading a ham glaze over the ham and completes the cooking process.

INGREDIENTS

10-pound whole smoked ham
|
Ham Glaze (search recipes)

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast at 300° to 325°F about 2 hours; remove from oven.

2:
Cut off rind (if any) and score fat. Insert a whole clove in the center of each diamond.
|
|
3:
Spread with one of Glazes for Ham (search recipes), and continue roasting about 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
