Ham with Barbecue Sauce Recipe creates it's own barbecue sauce with onion, garlic, tomato catsup, Worcestershire sauce, tomato soup, butter, brown sugar and pepper covers sliced smoked ham before baking.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 2-lb. slice smoked ham
|
1/4 cup chopped onion
|
1/2 clove of garlic, chopped
|
1/4 cup tomato catsup
|
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
|
1/4 cup cider vinegar
|
1 10 1/2-oz. can tomato soup
|
2 tsp. butter
|
1 tsp. brown sugar
|
1/8 tsp. pepper
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Place ham in Dutch oven. Combine onion, garlic, catsup, sauce, vinegar, soup, butter, brown sugar and pepper; blend well.

Pour sauce over ham.
|

Bake in 350°F. oven for 1 hour or until tender.

Note: Ham may be cooked, covered, on top of stove or in an electric skillet.
