Barbecued Pork Ribs Recipe combines vinegar, seasoned salt, garlic salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate (optional), cayenne pepper and pepper to season pork ribs which are then grilled to perfection to create a delicious and tasty pork rib dish.

INGREDIENTS

4 lb. pork ribs
|
1/4 cup vinegar
|
1 tsp. seasoned salt
|
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
|
1/2 tsp. pepper
|
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (optional)
|
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
|
|
|

|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Rub or dip ribs in vinegar. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and cayenne pepper. Place ribs, bone side down, over hot coals.

Grill for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.

Add hickory chips soaked in water to charcoal. Turn ribs over to drain.
