Polish Sausage Recipe makes a very tasty homemade polish sausage using boneless pork and veal, salt, pepper, garlic and mustard seed all ground and stuffed into casing to create this deliciously tasty homemade Polish sausage recipe.


INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds lean boneless pork
1/2 pound boneless veal
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon mustard seed
1/4 cup crushed ice
Casing


DIRECTIONS
1: Cut meat into small chunks. Grind meat with seasonings and ice; mix well.
 
2: Stuff meat mixture into casing.
 
3: Smoke in a smoker, following manufacturer's directions. Or, place sausage in a casserole; cover with water. Bake at 350°F until water is dissolved, about 1 1/2 hours. Roast 10 minutes.
