INGREDIENTS
|
1 8 1/2-ounce can pineapple slices
|
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
|
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or
salad dressing
|
1 medium banana, peeled and
diced (1 cup)
|
4 maraschino cherries, quartered
|
1/4 cup snipped pitted dates
|
Lettuce
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Drain pineapple. reserving 1 tablespoon syrup.
|
|
2:
Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and reserved
pineapple syrup together till smooth.
Fold in banana, cherries, and dates.

3:
Arrange
one pineapple slice on each of 4 lettuce lined
plates. Top each slice with the cheese fruit
mixture.
