Fruit Filled Orange Salad Recipe uses orange peel shells filled with oranges, banana, plums and grapes trimmed with fresh mint sprigs to create a delicious fruit salad served with homemade Honeyberry Dressing.

INGREDIENTS
|
6 large oranges
|
1 medium banana, peeled and
sliced
|
6 plums, pitted and sliced
|
1 cup sliced seedless green
grapes
|
Fresh mint sprigs
|
For Honeyberry Dressing:
|
1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
|
1/4 cups honey
|
1 tablespoon orange juice
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Slice tops from oranges; cut slices from bottoms
to make oranges sit flat.

2:
With grapefruit
knife or paring knife, remove orange
sections and combine with banana, plums,
and grapes.
|

3:
Refill orange shells with fruit
mixture. Trim salads with sprigs of mint.
Pass Honeyberry Dressing.

Honeyberry Dressing: Beat 1/2 cup jellied
cranberry sauce till smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup
honey and 1 tablespoon orange juice.
