Ham Salad Sandwich Recipe uses ham, mayonnaise, celery, black pepper, sweet pickle relish, mustard, dill pickles, green onion and dill pickle juice to create this delicious ham sandwich recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 lb. cooked ham, diced
|
3/4 cup mayonnaise
|
1 cup celery, diced
|
black pepper to taste
|
3 Tbl sweet pickle relish
|
2 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard
|
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
|
1 green onion, finely sliced
|
2 Tbl dill pickle juice
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Place ham and mayonnaise into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to chop the ham into small pieces about the size of a rice grain.

Add celery, black pepper and relish to the bowl and process until the celery is chopped fine.
|
|
3:
Add the mustard, dill pickles, green onion and pickle juice. Process until the mixture is very fine. Remove to a serving bowl.

4:
Serve sandwiches on bread of choice, sliced bread, hoagie buns or hamburger buns, etc. Add lettuce and tomato or other ingredients as desired.
