DIRECTIONS
1:
Note: To prepare two sandwiches, 4 slices of bread must be placed on a griddle or utensil large enough to toast the bread at one time. There also must be enough room to grill the tomato slices while the bread is toasting and to heat the slices of meat for a few seconds before placing on the slices of bread.
2:
Heat a griddle to 350°F. Combine the ingredients for the honey mustard and stir to mix well. Spread about 1/2 tbsp of honey mustard on each slice of bread. Place the slices of bread, unbuttered, onto the griddle. Place a slice of cheese onto each slice of bread.
3:
After toasting the bread for a minute, place the tomato slices onto the griddle. Grill the tomato slices until the edges of the bottom of the tomato shows signs of being grilled. Flip the tomato slices over.
4:
Monitor the slices of bread and toast well but do not allow them to burn. When the cheese begins to melt place a tomato slice on two pieces of the bread. Place the slices of the ham onto the griddle for a few seconds to heat through. Place 2 slices on top of each tomato. Repeat with the chicken and the turkey. Close the sandwich. Cut each sandwich from corner to corner. Serve and enjoy.
