INGREDIENTS

1 5oz canned tuna, in water
|
|
1 tsp parsley, chopped
|
|
1/4 tsp celery seed
|
|
1 1/2 tbsp celery, chopped fine
|
|
1/4 cup mayonnaise
|
|
1/4 tsp lemon juice
|
|
1/8 cup onion, chopped fine
|
|
1/4 tsp garlic powder
|
|
1/8 tsp salt
|
|
1/8 tsp black pepper
|
|
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
|
|
2 cups lettuce, shredded
|
|
2 hogie buns
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS

1:
Open can of tuna and drain liquid. Place tuna into a medium sized bowl and mash with a fork to break the tuna apart.

Add each ingredient, excluding lettuce and buns, and mix with tuna for even distribution.
|
|
|
|
3:
Place shredded lettuce on bottom of cut hogie bun.
|
|
|
|
4:
Top the lettuce with one-half of the tuna salad mixture, serve and enjoy.
