Barbecued Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich Recipe slathers portobello mushrooms with barbecue sauce as they grill and then serve them on kaiser rolls with leaf lettuce and tomato slices.

INGREDIENTS

4 portobello mushrooms, stems removed, cleaned
|
1/2 cup Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
|
4 kaiser rolls, split
|
4 leaf lettuce leaves
|
4 large tomato slices
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill mushrooms, 4 to 6 min. on each side or until tender, brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.

Spread cut sides of rolls with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
|
|
3:
Place lettuce, mushrooms and tomatoes on bottom halves of rolls; cover with tops of rolls.
