Sicilian Seafood Dipping Sauce Recipe uses tomatoes, red bell pepper, balsamic vinegar, onions, olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt to make this tasty seafood dipping sauce recipe.


INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
Half a red bell pepper, minced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup minced yellow onions
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste


DIRECTIONS
1: Combine tomatoes, onions, and red bell pepper in a bowl and set aside. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, olive oil, hot pepper flakes, and black pepper. Pour over tomatoes and let marinate 30 minutes. Add salt to taste just before serving.
