This Salmon and Potato Bake Recipe combinations potatoes and salmon in a casserole is a delicious and quick one dish meal that nicely incorporates onion, bell pepper, butter, milk and potato chips in this cassserole recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
|
2 tablespoons cornstarch
|
2 1/2 cups milk
|
1 medium onion, chopped fine
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
1/4 teaspoon pepper
|
1 tablespoon minced green pepper
|
4 cups thinly sliced raw potatoes
|
1 can (1 pound) salmon, flaked
|
1 cup crushed potato chips
|
|
|
|
|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Melt butter and blend in cornstarch. Add milk, onion, salt, pepper, and green pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Place alternate layers of potatoes, salmon
with liquid from can, and sauce in greased casserole.
|
|
3:
Cover, and bake in moderate oven
(350°F.) about 20 minutes. Remove
cover and sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake until potatoes are tender, about
25 minutes.
