Delicious Crab Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe creates a delicious appetizer or main dish using cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS
|

1 8-oz. package cream cheese
|
|
Mayonnaise
|
|
1 c. white crab meat
|
|
2 tsp. grated fresh onion
|
|
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
|
|
Salt to taste
|
|
2 1ge.fresh tomatoes
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
|
1:
Soften the cream cheese, then beat until smooth and fluffy. Add enough mayonnaise
to moisten and mix well.
|

Add the crab meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce
and salt and mix well.
|
|
|
|
3:
Remove stem ends from the tomatoes and cut each
tomato into 4 slices. Reserve 1 slice.
|
|
|
|
4:
Spread the crab mixture on remaining slices
of tomato, then stack the slices, crab mixture side up. Place reserved tomato
slice on top. Place on side on fresh greens in a serving dish and garnish with fresh
cherry tomatoes.
