Baked Stuffed Lobster Recipe takes stuffed lobster to a new high with melted butter, bread crumbs, grated Cheddar cheese, green onions and sliced almonds all garnished with paprika to create a delicious baked lobster dish.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 live lobsters or 2 frozen
whole lobsters (1 pound
each)
|
1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
|
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
|
1/4 cup chopped parsley
|
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
|
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
|
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
|
Paprika
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Thaw lobster if frozen. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut lobster in half lengthwise. (It
is difficult to split a live lobster. Place it in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes to make it
easier to handle and clean without harming the quality of the meat.) Remove stomach
and intestinal vein. Rinse and clean body cavity thoroughly.

Combine bread crumbs,
cheese, parsley, butter and onions in a small mixing bowl; mix well.

Place stuffing in
body cavity and spread over surface of the tail meat. Sprinkle with almonds and
paprika.

Place on 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees, for 15 to
20 minutes or until lightly browned.
