Devilishly Stuffed Soft Shell Crab Recipe is very unique in both texture and taste and uses soft-shell crab, onion, celery, green pepper, garlic, butter, milk, egg, parsley, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.


INGREDIENTS
8 soft-shell crabs, cleaned, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup finely crushed butter-flavored crackers
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted


DIRECTIONS
1: Thaw crabs if frozen. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash crabs thoroughly; drain well.
 
2: Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in butter until tender. In a medium bowl, combine mixture with the next 8 ingredients.
 
3: Place crabs in a shallow, well-greased baking pan. Remove top shell from crabs and fill each cavity with 1 tablespoon stuffing mixture. Replace top shell.
 
4: Brush crabs with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until shells turn red and crabs brown slightly.
