Taco Soup Recipe uses hamburger meat, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, tomatoes, corn, black beans, kidney beans, Rotel, tomato sauce, and toppings in creating this very delicious taco soup recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 lb hamburger meat
|
2 packets taco seasoning
|
1 packet dry ranch seasoning
|
1 can diced tomatoes
|
1 can corn
|
1 can black beans
|
1 can kidney beans
|
1 can Rotel
|
1 can tomato sauce
|
Optional toppings:
|
Sour cream
|
Jalapenos
|
Shredded cheese
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
In a skillet, cook hamburger meat over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Place the meat into a large pot.

Add the diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, kidney beans, Rotel, and tomato sauce to the pot.
|
|
3:
Sprinkle in the 2 packets of taco seasoning and the dry ranch seasoning. Stir all ingredients together until well combined.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce the heat to have the soup at a simmer. Simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Serve the soup and top with toppings as desired.
