Chicken and Noodle Soup Recipe uses cubed chicken breast, onion, celery, spaghetti noodles, basil and oregano to create an easy to cook and very tasty chicken noodle soup.

INGREDIENTS
|
1/2 C chopped onion
|
1/2 C chopped celery
|
1 C sliced carrots
|
7 C water
|
Chicken cut into 1/2 inch cubes (2 chicken breasts
|
1/2 lb spaghetti noodles broken in half
|
1/2 t dried basil
|
1/2 t dried oregano
|
salt and pepper to taste
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Place vegetables and 1C water into a 2qt or larger pan, cover Bring vegetables to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes
|

2:
Add chicken, 6C water, basil and oregano, stir, bring to a boil. Once at a boil, gradually add noodles, stirring to prevent noodles from sticking together.

Cover and boil 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste, serve.
