Jellied Tomato Soup combines gelatin with tomato juice, adds chicken bouillon, grated onion and salt and pepper to create this very tasty and unique soup recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 Tbl. gelatin (unflavored)
|
2 1/4 cups tomato juice
|
3 chicken bouillon cubes
|
2 cups boiling water
|
1/2 tsp. grated onion (flakes may be used)
|
1/8 tsp. salt
|
Dash of pepper
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Mix tomato juice slowly with gelatin to soften.
|

2:
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; stir into gelatin and tomato juice mixture until gelatin is dissolved.

3:
Stir in onion, salt and pepper.
|
|
4:
Refrigerate until set. Serve in a small bowl placed in larger bowl of crushed ice.
