Sugar Snap Peas Recipe uses peas, butter, onion, garlic and chicken bouillon in creating this very tasty sugar snap pea recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 lb. sugar snap peas, strings removed
|
2 tbsp butter
|
1/2 medium onion, chopped
|
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
|
1 tsp chicken bouillon
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Place the peas into a large pan filled with water. Bring water to a boil. Boil the beans for about 15 minutes or until they are beginning to become tender.

Drain the peas in a colander.

While the peas are draining. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is heated, add the butter to melt. Once the butter has melted, add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally until the onion is soft.

Add the peas to the skillet. Stir. Sprinkle the garlic over the peas and stir to mix well. Sprinkle the chicken bouillon over the peas and stir to mix well. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook the peas, stirring occasionally until the peas are tender. Enjoy.
