Bang Bang Corn Recipe uses sweet chili sauce, butter, sriracha, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper, corn, and cilantro in creating this tasty corn on the cob recipe.


INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sriracha
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 limes, juiced
kosher salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
6 ears corn, husked
cilantro, chopped, optional for garnish


DIRECTIONS
1: Mix the chili sauce, butter, sriracha, garlic, and lime juice together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
 
2: Slather the mixture all over the corn.
 
3: Heat grill to medium-high.
 
4: Grill corn, turning and slathering with remaining bang bang sauce occasionally until slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes. Drizzle with any remaining sauce, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
