Broccoli Casserole Recipe is easy, tasty and bakes cooked rice, chopped broccoli, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, margarine, Cheese Whiz, onions and Town House Original Crackers to create this delicious broccoli casserole.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 cups cooked rice
|
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
|
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
|
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
|
1 stick margarine, melted
|
1 (15-ounce) jar Cheese Whiz®
|
2 onions, chopped
|
12 or so, Town House® Original Crackers, crumbled
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Cook broccoli according to package instructions and drain. Saute onions in melted margarine or butter.

Mix all ingredients together.
|
|
3:
Put into 3-quart buttered casserole. Top with crumbled crackers.
|
|
4:
Bake uncovered at 325°F for 20 minutes.
