INGREDIENTS

15oz can sliced beets, drained
|
|
1/4 teaspoon pickling spice mix
|
|
1/2 cup vinegar
|
|
1/4 cup sugar
|
|
1/4 tsp cinnamon
|
|
1/4 tsp salt
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|

1:
Bring all ingredients except beets to a boil, let cool.
|

Place beets into a 15oz glass jar with lid.
|
|
|

Pour mixture over beets.
|
|
|
|
4:
Beets are ready in 4 days.
