INGREDIENTS

1 lb. shredded cabbage
|
1/4 seedless European cucumber, sliced thin
|
4 scallions, thinly sliced
|
1 garlic clove minced
|
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
|
1 tablespoon honey
|
1 tablespoon soy sauce
|
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
|
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Mix all vegetable ingredients together, set aside.
|

2:
Mix remaining ingredients together, set aside.
|
|
3:
Pour liquid mixture over the vegetables and mix well. Serve.
