Baked Corn Pudding Recipe is sweet and creamy with a huge taste of corn using sugar, flour, eggs, milk, butter, salt, pepper, whole kernel corn and cream-style corn in creating this delicious corn pudding recipe.


INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbls. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can (15-1/4oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14-3/4oz) cream-style corn


DIRECTIONS
1: Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour.
 
2: Whisk together eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
 
3: Stir egg mixture into flour mixture and mix well.
 
4: Pour into a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center come out clean. Yields about 10 servings.
