and ground unseasoned

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Remove seeds and rind from watermelon,
cantaloupe, honeydew melon,
mangoes, and papaya; peel pineapple
and jicama; crack coconut
and peel away brown inner skin. Cut
all fruit into bite-sized pieces and mix
together.

Serve on a large platter with
cocktail picks or arrange on individual
plates as a first course.

Squeeze the fresh limes over the
fruit and sprinkle small amounts of
salt and ground chile over the
fruit to taste.
