Mushroom Cheese Mold Appetizer Recipe makes a tasty appetizer by combining cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, brown mustard, mushrooms, onion and diced pimentos then placing in a mold to be garnished with mushrooms and parsley.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 packages (8 ounces each)
cream cheese, softened
|
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese,
shredded (about 2 cups)
|
1 clove garlic, crushed
|
1/2 teaspoons brown mustard
|
1/4 teaspoon salt
|
1 can ( 3 to 4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces,
|
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
|
2 tablespoons finely diced pimento
|
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
|
Sliced mushrooms (optional)
|
Parsley (optional)
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Combine cheeses, garlic, mustard, and salt in a bowl. Add chopped mushrooms, onion, pimento, and parsley; mix well.

Turn mixture into a lightly buttered 3-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm.

Unmold onto serving platter. Garnish with sliced
mushrooms and parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers.
