Fried Pickles Roll Ups Recipe wraps a pickle spear in egg roll wraps along with sliced ham, beef or turkey and cream cheese or sliced cheese then gently fries oil until a delicious golden brown.

Egg Roll Wraps

Pickle Spears
|
Ham or Beef/Turkey Slices Cream Cheese

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Heat some oil in a shallow pan over medium heat.
|
|
2:
Layer an egg roll wrap diagonally with a slice of ham, cream cheese/or Cheese and a pickle spear.
|
|
3:
Roll as you would an egg roll (from the diagonal, tucking in the sides as you roll).
|
|
4:
Lay in pan, seam down, turning till cooked golden brown.
