Jiffy Beer Bread Recipe makes a very tasty and very easy bread using self-rising flour, sugar and beer and the bread has a very nice crust and texture.

INGREDIENTS
|
3 cups self-rising flour
|
3 tablespoons sugar
|
1 can or bottle (12 ounces) beer
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Mix self-rising flour and sugar; make a well in center.
|
|
2:
Add beer. Stir until just blended.
|
|
3:
Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.
|
|
4:
Bake at 350°F 50 minutes, or until done. Turn out immediately. Cool on a rack.
