Jiffy Beer Bread

Jiffy Beer Bread Recipe makes a very tasty and very easy bread using self-rising flour, sugar and beer and the bread has a very nice crust and texture.


INGREDIENTS
3 cups self-rising flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 can or bottle (12 ounces) beer


DIRECTIONS
1: Mix self-rising flour and sugar; make a well in center.
 
2: Add beer. Stir until just blended.
 
3: Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.
 
4: Bake at 350°F 50 minutes, or until done. Turn out immediately. Cool on a rack.
