Coconut Morocco Frosting Recipe uses egg white, brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla and sweetened coconut to create this deliciously tasty frosting recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 unbeaten egg whites
|
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
|
Dash salt
|
5 tbl. water
|
1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate
|
1 tsp. vanilla
|
1 1/2 cups moist, sweetened coconut
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Melt and cool the unsweetened chocolate. Combine egg whites, sugar, salt and water in top of double boiler, beating with mixer until thoroughly mixed.

Place over rapidly boiling water.
|
|
3:
Beat constantly with mixer and cook 7 minutes or until frosting will stand in peaks. Remove from boiling water. Fold in chocolate and vanilla - do not beat mixture.

Spread on cake. Sprinkle with coconut while frosting is still soft.
