Coconut Morocco Frosting Recipe

Coconut Morocco Frosting Recipe uses egg white, brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla and sweetened coconut to create this deliciously tasty frosting recipe.


INGREDIENTS
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
Dash salt
5 tbl. water
1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups moist, sweetened coconut


DIRECTIONS
1: Melt and cool the unsweetened chocolate. Combine egg whites, sugar, salt and water in top of double boiler, beating with mixer until thoroughly mixed.
 
2: Place over rapidly boiling water.
 
3: Beat constantly with mixer and cook 7 minutes or until frosting will stand in peaks. Remove from boiling water. Fold in chocolate and vanilla - do not beat mixture.
 
4: Spread on cake. Sprinkle with coconut while frosting is still soft.
