Rio Grande Pork Chops Recipe is a straight forward and simple recipe which browns then simmmers pork chops with stewed tomatoes, olives and onion to create a deliciously tasty pork chop recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
6 pork chops, 3/4 to 1 in. thick
|
1 (15oz.) can stewed tomatoes
|
1/2 cup sliced pimento-stuffed
olives
|
1 large onion, sliced
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Brown chops in a greased skillet over low heat for about 15 minutes.

2:
Add remaining ingredients; cover. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
|

3:
Remove pork chops to platter. Serve with sauce from skillet.
