INGREDIENTS

2 pork chops
|
1/4 teaspoon salt
|
1/8 teaspoon pepper or paprika
|
1/2 teaspoon tarragon, or oregano, or rosemary
|
3 slices bayonne ham
|
2 slices cheese, Cheddar
|
1 pound can ratatouille
|
1 to 2 tablespoons dry red or white wine
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Brown pork chops about 20 minutes and season. Place ham and grated cheese on top.

Heat vegetables and add wine. Place in ovenproof dish with pork chops on top. Bake at 475°F for 5 to 10 minutes.
