Curry Tossed Salad Recipe creates a delicious salad dressing using beef gravy base, mayonnaise, garlic, curry powder, Worcestershire Sauce and pepper sauce which crowns a salad of salad greens, spinach, artichoke hearts and sliced radishes.

INGREDIENTS
|
For the Dressing:
|
1/2 teaspoon beef-flavored gravy base
|
1 cup mayonnaise or salad
dressing
|
1 clove garlic, minced
|
1 tablespoon curry powder
|
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
|
6 to 8 drops bottled hot pepper
sauce
|
For the Salad:
|
6 cups torn mixed salad greens
|
4 cups torn fresh spinach
|
1 16-ounce can artichoke hearts, chilled, drained, and halved
|
1/4 cup sliced radishes
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
For dressing, dissolve gravy base in 1/4 cup
hot water; blend into mayonnaise. Stir in
garlic, curry, Worcestershire sauce, and hot
pepper sauce. Chill.

Combine remaining ingredients
in large salad bowl. Toss lettuce
mixture lightly with dressing.
