Beef Jerky Marinade Recipe gives beef jerky a great taste by marinating the beef in a marinade of liquid smoke, soy sauce, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

DIRECTIONS
1:
Prepare the meat to the desired jerky portions.
2:
Mix all ingredients well.
3:
Place the meat into a glass or stainless steal marinading dish. I suggest you not put the meat in a container that may react to acidity ingredients.
4:
Pour the marinade over the meat and mix well to coat all sides of the meat with marinade. Marinade the meat for as long as you would like, mixing/stirring occasionally to keep the meat coasted with the marinade. Cover the marinade dish and refrigerate while marinading the meat.
